You can bring your own boat and easily access the water from the property. Additionally, there is on-site trailer parking available for added convenience. There are two bridges before reaching the ocean, high tide clearance is 7’. As you step into the living room, you'll be greeted by a stunning view of the sparkling 30 x 13 pool and the covered entertainment area, complete with an outdoor kitchen. The spacious living area offers ample seating for entertaining and fireside dining. Four separate sliding doors provide access to the lanai from the main bedroom, kitchen, living room, and third bedroom. The main suite, furnished with a king-size bed, provides direct access to the lanai and pool. The two additional bedrooms are equipped with queen beds; the third bedroom offers direct lanai access. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, featuring plenty of cabinetry and counter space. You'll find a charming breakfast nook with lanai access, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry room with built-in cabinetry for added convenience. Boater's Paradise is conveniently located near pristine beaches, Old Englewood Village, Dearborn Street, shopping centers, restaurants, YMCA, and waterfront parks.
