The newly remodeled and fully equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances opens to the dedicated dining room and spacious living room. The living area is furnished with a leather sofa, 2 leather recliners and a flat screen TV. Tiled throughout, this light and airy floor plan boasts a screened balcony for a quiet & private place to relax and enjoy the fresh air and calming views of Lemon Bay. A full-size washer & dryer are in the condo.
