Once you enter the front door, you’ll pass the kitchen to your right that comes fully equipped with all the utensils and equipment needed to make a tasty meal. It has modern appliances, plenty of counterspace, a breakfast bar with 3 stools, and an opening that lets you see and talk through to the dining area and living room. Just off the kitchen is a small dining area where there’s a table and 4 chairs. If you go past the dining area, you’ll enter the living room where you’ll find a comfortable sofa, recliner, flat screen TV mounted to the wall, and glass patio door that lets sun light stream through into the condo. The patio door leads to the outdoor patio/balcony. Here, there’s a table and chairs and a sun lounger. It’s the perfect place to sit down and relax with your favorite beverage whilst you look out into the endless sea views. There are 2 bedrooms. The 1st bedroom is the master bedroom, and it has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds. If you need an extra bed, there’s a sofa bed in the living room.

As a guest at Riviera Club, you can enjoy using the communal resort-sized heated pool with waterfall, spa, beach clubhouse, sundeck with lounge chairs, barbeque area, and shuffleboard court. The Riviera Club is conveniently located to shops, dining, and a marina. Hop the Beach Trolley south and you will come upon Lovers Key State Park. Take the Trolley north to The Pier, Times Square and Main Street with nightspots, restaurants, shops and live entertainment. The Riviera Club’s southern location allows easy southbound access to the mainland.
