Very close to grocery shopping, Coconut Point Mall, restaurants, and an 8-minute drive to the beach. You are located in between Fort Myers, and Naples as well. So, you can drive to 5th Ave for dinner, or the Ford Edison house for a history lesson.


Other Information

- This property requires a mandatory HOA (Home Owners Association) application / background check and application fee that must be completed/received at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival. They also require a $300.00 Security Depsoit to be paid to them directly (this is returned up to 30 days after your departure). The property HOA must approve all applicants before you are able to access the property.
- During peak season (January, February, and March), this property can only be rented from the 1st to the 1st of each month.
