For a couple wanting to be just steps from the beach, it doesn’t get much better than staying at this updated Penthouse condo at Estero Beach & Tennis Club. No car or long hike is needed. It’s a 150-foot walk from the building till you touch the sand. This particular unit that we’re going to talk about has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and it sleeps up to 2 people. It’s at the highest Penthouse level on the top floor, but don’t worry, it’s accessible by elevator. And since you’re on the top floor, that means you’re going to see some spectacular views of the Bay & Gulf. Let’s briefly talk about the inside of this condo. There’s tile flooring throughout the condo, and the layout is open plan, so everything flows well with one another. The first thing you’ll see when you walk through the front door you are greeted with endless views. The kitchen is open with updated stainless steal appliances. It comes fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and equipment that would be needed to cook a great meal. The cabinets are freshly painted white, the appliances are stainless steel, and there’s a small breakfast nook just off of the kitchen. The breakfast nook is the dining area in this condo, and it has a small, intimate table for 2 to enjoy together. The living room is a good size, receives lots of natural light, and has a comfy leather couch, flat-screen TV for everyone’s entertainment, and access to the outdoor balcony/patio with seating and a table via the glass patio door along the wall. It’s here on the patio/balcony that both of you can sit down together with a nice beverage and simply enjoy listening to the waves crashing. The master bedroom is a good size, and it has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom.


Community Description

Estero Beach & Tennis Club is located on the southern end of Estero Island. Amenities include a pool, tennis courts, a picnic and barbeque area, a community room, bike storage, shuffleboard, and on-site laundry facilities. If you want to dine out, there are many great places right across the street at Santini Plaza, which also includes a boutique, gift shops, clothing stores, post office, ice cream shop, marina with boat rentals, and more. There is also a CVS that can meet just about all of your vacation needs. The island trolley will pick you up right across the street at Santini Plaza for just 50 cents and provides transportation to nearby Lover's Key State Park and throughout the island. Fort Myers Beach is centrally located, only a short distance to Naples and Marco Island to the south and Sanibel and Captiva to the north.
