The Fork in the Road.....

I started coming to Englewood back in the mid 90's. My in-laws had a nice
little winter home in the Gardens of Gulf Cove. We lived in Brooklyn , NY.
and on our way home one year we decided we needed a change.  

So we put the house up for sale and moved down to Rotonda West in 1997.
Rotonda is a great community in the Englewood area. We checked out all
different areas like Venice, North Port, Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda. But
there was something special about the Englewood/ Rotonda West area.  

We are 10 minutes from the beach, We have 6 great golf courses right in
and near Rotonda. Only 15 minutes to the Town Center Mall. Real Estate
was a new career for me and I was excited to get started. Everything fell
into place for me.  

I got a great start at Century 21 and received the Masters Diamond Award.
Then I went to Remax but with the downturn in the market I needed to find a
niche in this new market. So I teamed up with Donna Demarest at  Island
Attitude Realty on Manasota Key. She has a great rental business and is
loved by everyone.  I enjoy what I do and I hope when the time comes for
you to make your move that you will choose me to find your dream home.

My Client-First Philosophy

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real
estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge,
marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional
network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as a Englewood real estate professional, I've
also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting
my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good
listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your
needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires
me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition,
I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've
always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped
me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
